BIO:
____

Ceremonial Castings began in the late fall of 1996. The band was founded by still existing members Jake Superchi (Lord Serpent) & brother Nick Superchi (OldNick). The basis of the writing & the lyrical foundation strived on the art of black magic, witchcraft & rituals that could only lead to the name of Ceremonial Castings.

Hailing from the town Battle Ground which is located in the dark forests ...of Washington state (USA) it is no surprise that the curses that are spewed forth are a perfect mix of relentlessness majestic chaos. The recipe contains itself with the magicks of Black, Death, & Thrash Metal to Classical, Symphonic & Dark Ambient combining into the band’s self deemed sound as “American Deathphonic Black Metal" or "Bewitching Black Metal."

Subject: Lovely album.
One of the better black metal albums I've heard.
I love the combination of the harsh guitars, vocal and percussion with delicate keyboards. It creates a delightful contrast.
Definitely worth devoting some time listen to it closely while reading the lyrics.

Subject: Black metal never sounded so sexy!!!
What better way to start the TFRbiggestfan 2012 reviews then with "Ceremonial Castings - Immortal Black Art". Here is a unique, rich and orgasmic experience of pure bliss. I’m gonna use the words Holy Fuck early in this review. HOLY FUCK!!! Despite its brutal strength, this album is well balanced, delightfully rich, and penetrating with the pure experience of indulgence and refinement.

'Immortal Black Art" greets you with a luxurious blend of sounds that capture and deliver symphonic and dark ambient combinations that seem to bleed into brutal metal melodies. FUCK!!! Black metal never sounded so sexy. I am loving the strong vocals, brutal and harsh, to sad and romantic mixtures enveloped in dark tones. Your tympanic membrane will be in for a treat all the way to the finish.

I believe this album captures a unique combination of styles, well balanced intensity and understated elegance. Ceremonial Castings - Immortal Black Art, offers more complexity, and appears to have more interesting and intimidating character than others. This album has got to be one of my most favorite that I have come across but above all, it is just exquisite.

This belongs on everyone’s play list: it is perfect anytime…like starting the day, sitting in traffic, fucking doggy style by the lake, or just slamming cheap beers on your Lazyboy.

Hotness check…(had to hunt down some pictures) for my lady readers…very very Sexy HOT!!!

Favorite tracks on this album… I love the whole album!!!

Come Forth... Damnation, Reborn Through the Bestial Flame, Of Warriors Who Gather, Reborn Through the Bestial Flame

As a side note…I wasn't a big fan of "Desecration of Grace" and think it should be deleted and burned! (well not crazy for the lyrics, music is fucking awesome)
